By completing the order and entering your credit card information once the link is sent, you are providing Appraisal Management Pros with your "Intent To Proceed" with your application and confirming you have received your conditional loan approval from your broker . Once the order is placed, it is final and non-refundable. All reports are completed by a certified general appraiser who is licensed within the state and county that the property is located in. All appraisal reports comply with the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice. All personal information is maintained under the privacy regulations and information guidelines issued pursuant to the Title V of the Gramm Leach & Bliley Act.
